Our Company

Air Freight AirFreight.com envisions a world where no company has to leave its logistics to chance. In modern business, few activities are more critical than transportation, which companies rely on both to obtain essential supplies and to send finished goods to their customers. Without safe, swift carrier services, no business can function for long, yet many firms continue to depend on transportation services that simply aren’t reliable. AirFreight.com upholds the highest standards of quality for all of its delivery services.

In this way, we not only give companies of all sizes a superior new solution for their deliveries, but we send a message to other delivery companies that they, too, must offer their customers more.

Quality has many meanings in the logistics industry, and AirFreight.com is committed to upholding all of them. We begin by focusing on safety, which is of the utmost importance when shipping both inputs and finished products. Our clients can’t use supplies that have been damaged on the road or in the cargo hold, while their customers will not want to buy finished goods if those goods are dinged, dented, or dysfunctional. By upholding safety in all of our deliveries, we keep our clients’ businesses running smoothly and their customers fully satisfied.

After safety, speed is central to quality delivery services. The longer our clients need to wait for their parts or their customers have to wait for their products, the more money and opportunities are wasted. We thus maximize speed for every part of the journey, including both the main flight and our trips to and from the airport. By investing in the best possible information, tracking, planning, and personnel, we can raise both the average speed and the reliability of our orders in one fell swoop.

Speed goes hand in hand with convenience, which is why AirFreight.com strives to make it as simple and effortless as possible for clients to purchase our shipping services. The less time, thought, and effort clients need to put into coordinating their deliveries, the more they have to spend on other business activities. For this reason, we roll the deliveries to the airport and from the airport to the final destination into the overall air cargo service. We also offer a simple, understandable pay structure, an accessible customer service department, and a wealth of delivery and cost information for every current or potential client. Through these solutions, we ensure that no client has trouble selecting the service that suits them best and seeing that service through to the end.

Finally, AirFreight.com recognizes that accessibility is essential to quality deliveries. We thus put a strong emphasis on customer service, answering questions for all current and potential customers as quickly and comprehensively as possible. We have also purchased a range of related domain names in addition to AirFreight.com, so that customers can access all our online resources immediately, no matter what specific services they have in mind. Together, these efforts make us the most responsive delivery service on the market. No matter how far away you're shipping to or what means of transportation suits you best, we can meet your needs quickly, affordably, and effectively.

What We Do

AirFreight.com is a logistics company that specializes in airborne deliveries. Having been in business for more than a decade, we have experience serving hundreds of distinct companies of every size and from dozens of industries. This experience allows us to understand the unique shipping needs of each client and meet those needs to the letter. No matter how tight a client’s deadline or how delicate the items they’re shipping, we have the resources and expertise to deliver them safely and swiftly.

AirFreight.com primarily ships items by air, allowing us to complete any delivery within the United States and Canada in a matter of hours. Instead of maintaining our own fleet of planes, we coordinate the services of cargo airlines. We vet each of these airlines carefully, making sure that they have the skills and resources to keep all of our clients’ items safe from start to finish. Once we’ve decided that an airline is trustworthy, we form a close partnership with it. Not only does this allow us to gain a detailed understanding of scheduled cargo flights, but it lets us charter new flights if the scheduled ones do not meet a client’s need. Thus no matter where the starting point and destination are, we have no trouble shipping our clients' items by the deadline.

Air deliveries don’t do you much good if you can’t get your items to the airport. And while many cargo airlines require clients to take care of this themselves, AirFreight.com drives your items to the starting airport for you. We also station a vehicle at the receiving airport to take your items to their final destination as soon as they land. In this way, we cover the entire delivery process, from the moment your goods leave their starting point until they are safely at the destination.

AirFreight.com is devoted to serving every client who approaches us, no matter how unique or challenging their delivery needs. Between our long history in the industry, our mastery of advanced technologies, and our vast network of vehicles and airline partners, we can complete even the most difficult shipments in short order.

How We Do It

Coordinating successful deliveries for such a wide range of clients isn’t easy, but AirFreight.com is up to the task. Over the years, we have developed a comprehensive strategy to ensure that we serve each of our clients effectively. This strategy relies on:

  • Proactive Planning - AirFreight.com is aware of all the sources of delay that can arise during a delivery, whether on the road or in the air. We thus plan ahead to keep those delays to a minimum. For ground shipments, we analyze traffic patterns, weather reports, and other details of each possible route, choosing the one in which we are least likely to encounter a problem. Likewise, for air deliveries, we keep track of flight schedules so that we will be able to get you an alternate flight if your current plane cannot do the job.
  • Comprehensive Tracking - Using the latest tracking technology, we keep an eye on your goods while they are on the road or in the air. This allows us to update you on your shipment’s location. It also improves the reliability of such shipments. Thanks to our tracking technology, we’ll know where your truck or plane is whenever a source of delay arises, and can take quick action to minimize that delay or prevent it entirely.
  • Reliable Partners - When looking for cargo airlines to partner with, AirFreight.com evaluates each contender in detail, making sure that they have a history of delivering every variety of item safely and quickly over any route. We have a similar vetting process for the drivers who carry your items to and from the airport. We only hire trucking staff who are responsible, courteous, and committed to safety.
  • Pervasive Teamwork - AirFreight.com believes in the power of teamwork, which is why we put together a reliable taskforce for each part of the delivery process. For our trucks, we assign drivers in pairs of two, so each individual has a chance to rest but there is always someone awake and alert enough to drive. Likewise, we have assembled a quality customer service team that can take your calls and get you the answers you need whenever you ask. In this way, we further increase the safety and reliability of our services while keeping you up to speed on any information about your order.

In addition to keeping our deliveries safe and speedy, AirFreight.com ensures that they are available to as many clients as possible. Our pricing is both flexible and affordable, so that companies of all sizes and budgets are able to work with us. And we make a concerted effort to raise widespread awareness of our services. In particular, we have purchased an array of domain names that relate to our company, including HotShotTrucking.com, FullTruckload.com, ExpeditedFreight.com, and SameDayDelivery.com. With these domain names, we make it easy for clients to find our services online, get in touch with us, and schedule the specific ground or air order they need.

When We Do It

AirFreight.com's goal for every delivery is to get your items to you on your schedule, regardless of how tight and unusual it might be. We recognize that any time you spend waiting for your order is money lost, which is why we allow you to ship:

  • By The Next Day - Our standard option for air shipping, this solution gets you your items by the end of the next business day, even if you’re shipping them across the continent. For the vast majority of items, this is more than fast enough to meet your delivery needs.
  • Overnight - If you can’t afford to wait a full day for your items, AirFreight.com offers overnight deliveries. With this service, you’ll have what you need as soon as you walk into your office the next morning, so you can get right to work.
  • On The Same Day - Our fastest delivery option, this service gets you your order in a matter of hours. This is ideal when you run out of some item that you absolutely cannot do business without. With our help, you can get back to business as usual without skipping a beat.

AirFreight.com never makes you wait for a shipment. We know all our airlines’ scheduled flights ahead of time, and if none of those flights suit you, we’ll charter a new one that does. No matter the circumstances, you can always count on us to ship your items on any deadline you set.

Dan Boaz Hot Shot Trucking President

About Our Founder — Dan Boaz

An entrepreneur, an innovator, and a logistics expert, Dan Boaz first had the vision that become AirFreight.com. Our founder has been involved in transportation for more than thirty years, and has had plenty of time to identify the greatest opportunities and most pressing challenges of the industry. Between this insight and a keen sense of all the new technologies that can enhance logistics, Dan has laid a strong foundation for success from day one.

Dan began his career in 1985 as a driver for UPS, and quickly advanced into a management position. He eventually gained the position of Industrial Engineer, and was put in charge of increasing productivity and lowering turnover for the underperforming divisions of the company. His time in management taught him how to organize the operations of hundreds of skilled workers. Meanwhile, his experience working as a driver gave him insight into the specific needs and desires of individual workers. With these insights, he was able to improve productivity by leaps and bounds, earning him glowing reviews from his senior managers and the title of Top Producing Operations Supervisor.

After leaving UPS in 1994, Dan spent several years as a District Manager for Associated Global Systems, and then a decade as the President of Vital Express. During this time, he witnessed the rise of the Internet, and quickly took note of what it could offer for businesses. Dan knew that logistics companies were struggling to connect with customers and provide convenient, seamless service. Realizing that the information superhighway could solve these challenges and bolster the transportation industry, he began to develop plans for a new type of delivery company.

These plans came to fruition in 2007, when Dan Boaz founded AirFreight.com. The new company quickly began to change the transportation landscape, using the Internet and other advanced technologies to increase customer convenience. Instead of purchasing its own trucks and planes, AirFreight.com could coordinate other companies’ vehicles and aircraft to meet its customers' orders. This made it easier to plan and execute complete shipments for large numbers of customers, all at low prices and with high rates of safety and success. Between innovative ideas like this and his hard work, Dan quickly grew the company from a small startup to a multimillion dollar logistics giant.

Dan remains at the helm of AirFreight.com to this day, and continues to improve the company through advanced technology and innovative strategy. It was under his watch that AirFreight.com bought a host of domain names, including HotShotTrucking.com, SameDayDelivery.com, and ExpeditedFreight.com. This has allowed the company to reach a wider range of customers while making it easy to coordinate distinct shipping services for different kinds of clients. Dan is committed to coming up with valuable ideas like this on a regular basis, allowing AirFreight.com to continue growing, thriving, and providing quality shipping for all customers.
